Make a Request

These pages are all about listening to one another, asking questions, reflecting on the Dhamma and encouraging one another. Making requests are an important part of noble conversation and admirable friendship.

We welcome requests about:
  • Daily Practices: You can share questions and concerns about specific practices, including common challenges we face while meditating (e.g., does anyone include yoga in their meditation practice?) and we'll give members an opportunity to respond about what's been useful in their own practices.
  • Recommended Resources/Book Reviews: If you're trying to find resources that provide insight and/or instruction on particular aspects of your practice (e.g., what is a good book about jhana?), others can share about what has been helpful to them, and why.
  • Topics of InterestFrom time to time we'll invite contributions on a specific topic. This may be for thoughts on a certain type of practice, responses to a specific teaching or sutta, or even reflections on a current event or issue. Please make a request if you would like to hear from others.
