Gil Fronsdal on Working with Doubt

We've been studying the Armies of Mara during our Wednesday evening dhamma discussions. Our guide has been chapters from In This Very Life by Sayādaw U Pandita.

Tonight's topic was "Doubt." In addition to the reading from In This Very Life, I prepared a discussion guide from the writings of Gil Fronsdal on the subject of working with doubt.

I've found Gil to be a very trustworthy, practical and gentle guide in the developing and sustaining of my meditation practice. These teachings on working with doubt as a hindrance are a good example of his supportive style.
Additionally, some of you requested the reference to papanca-sanna-sankha , which is found in the "Madhupindika Sutta: The Ball of Honey."

May you be well and happy! :)
