Tonight's topic was "Doubt." In addition to the reading from In This Very Life, I prepared a discussion guide from the writings of Gil Fronsdal on the subject of working with doubt.
I've found Gil to be a very trustworthy, practical and gentle guide in the developing and sustaining of my meditation practice. These teachings on working with doubt as a hindrance are a good example of his supportive style.

The Issue at Hand is a definite must read. Great practical advice to help us get past common stumbling blocks.
